Do I have to provide the photos and videos?
Yes. you send us your photos and videos and we handle the editing, captions, and posting. Or you can add our content shoot for $397/mo to any plan and your account manager comes out once a month to capture everything on location.
Who is my account manager, are they local?
Your dedicated account manager is a real local person who handles your account specifically. They learn your brand voice, your services, and your customers. You are not getting shuffled between different people every month.
What platforms do you post on for me?
We post on whatever platforms your business is already active on. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business, and more. No platform picking required, we work with what you have.
What does the content shoot add-on include?
Your account manager comes out to your location once a month for a 2 to 3 hour shoot. They arrive with a shot list built around that month's content calendar and capture as much photo and video as possible within the session window.
Why is there a 3-month minimum?
Social media takes time to work. The first month we are learning your brand. The second month we are building momentum. By month three you start seeing real results. A 3-month minimum protects you from quitting right before it starts paying off.
Can I upgrade my plan later if I want more posts?
Absolutely. If you start on Show Up and want to move to Stand Out or Take Over just let us know and we will make the switch at the start of your next billing cycle.
