When do I get billed and how?
At the end of every month we look at how many cards went out for you and send you one invoice directly to your email. That is it. No surprise charges, no complicated billing.
Can my whole sales team have access to the portal?
Yes! Everyone on your team can have their own login so any of your team can submit card orders directly. No bottlenecking everything through one person. The whole team can send, and it all gets tallied up on one invoice at the end of the month.
How do I know when my card has been sent to my client?
We will notify you every time one goes out the door, and you can see what has been sent in your portal. You will always know exactly where things stand without having to ask.
What if I want to send someone a card once a year?
Yes! If you have clients you want to reach for every birthday, anniversary, or holidays you can set a recurring card orders so you never have to think about it. Just tell us who, when, and what you want to say and we handle the rest automatically every recurring period.
Is there a minimum number of cards I have to send per month?
No. This is not a use it or lose it situation. Send cards when it makes sense for your business and do not when it does not. You only ever pay for what actually gets sent.
