Referral Program Terms

Out West Creative may offer referral rewards as a thank-you for referring new clients to our business. By participating in the referral program, you agree to the terms below.

Who Qualifies for a Referral Reward

A referral reward may be available to individuals who refer a new client to Out West Creative. The referred client must be a new client who has not already contacted, been contacted by, or worked with Out West Creative previously.

Referral rewards are not available for self-referrals, duplicate referrals, existing clients, or referrals that were already in communication with Out West Creative before the referral was made.

When the Reward Is Paid

A referral reward is only earned after the referred client signs an agreement with Out West Creative and pays their first invoice.

Referral rewards are not paid for inquiries, consultations, quotes, proposals, or introductions that do not result in a signed and paid client agreement.

Referral Reward Amount

The referral reward amount may vary depending on the service purchased, the promotion being offered, or the agreement made at the time of referral.

Out West Creative will confirm the referral reward amount before the reward is issued.

Payment Method

Referral rewards may be issued as, account credit, direct payment, or another method chosen by Out West Creative.

Out West Creative reserves the right to determine the payment method for each referral reward.

Disclosure Responsibility

Referral partners are responsible for making any required disclosures when recommending Out West Creative. If you may receive a referral reward, gift card, commission, or other incentive, you should clearly disclose that relationship when sharing or recommending our services.

Tax Reporting

Referral rewards may be considered taxable income. Out West Creative may request a completed W-9 or other required tax information before issuing rewards, especially if referral payments or rewards reach applicable tax reporting thresholds.

If required by law, Out West Creative may issue the appropriate tax forms for referral rewards paid during the calendar year.

Program Changes

Out West Creative reserves the right to change, pause, or end the referral program at any time. Referral rewards are not guaranteed and are subject to approval by Out West Creative.

Out West Creative may deny a referral reward if the referral does not meet the program requirements, if there is a duplicate referral, or if the referral appears fraudulent, misleading, or inconsistent with the spirit of the program.
